A Hero For Heather by Marion Ueckermann

The Prodigal Son

A Hero For Heather by Marion Ueckermann is a wonderful contemporary Christian romance. It is the third book in the Seven Suitors For Seven Sisters series but can be read as a stand-alone. A Hero For Heather is a modern day telling of the Prodigal Son blended with the Good Samaritan and I loved it.

A major theme in the novel is that of forgiveness. There are times when we need to forgive others and times when we need to accept forgiveness.

Glasgow Grace by Marion Ueckermann

The Angel Of Music

GlasgowGlasgow Grace by Marion Ueckermann is a delightfully romantic Christian novel. It is set in Scotland over the Christmas and New Year period and I loved it.

The novel has beautiful descriptions of the places where the action takes place. For me, memories of  Skye and Portree are evoked. It was fabulous to read of places where I had been. For anyone who lives or has holidayed in Scotland, Glasgow Grace will unleash your own memories.

Glasgow Grace has the theme of true love as described in 1 Corinthians: 13. True love includes not only a couple but God too. True love is kind and considerate. True love will last no matter what life throws at you.
